Good location, pleasant room, parking on site, nice bar with bar snacks available; good breakfast, and helpful staff. I’d requested a ground or first floor room because of my mobility problems, and was allocated one closest to the entrance, and on the ground floor, which was good. Oh, and wonderful pillows!

Yes the hotel is a bit dated BUT other positive factors make up for that: friendly staff, overnight front desk (useful for late arrivals), comfortable bed, great secure and well lit car park, in-house restaurant open until 22h (we didn't eat there as the town centre is only 10 min away and great for a stretch & seafood), very competitive pricing , less than 10 min from the Eurotunnel AND 4 EV charging points in their own car park. I would certainly use again for these factors alone and can put with a dated decor or bathroom.

We only had 2evening meals and they were ok.The lady who served us was very helpful .Our room was clean and had the basics we needed.

Close to Le Shuttle terminal with easy safe parking . Room is small but has everything you need for one night , a comfortable bed and good pillows . Tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. Small but effective shower. There is a very good reasonably priced breakfast available which starts early for those needing to travel onwards . It’s surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the main autoroute. Helpful and friendly staff .

Breakfast is good, and the evening menu is very good. The rooms are basic - no frills. However, the beds are very comfortable and the logis is spotlessly clean. The reception staff are outstanding; I arrived early and the staff made sure that my luggage and raincoat were safely stored. I have stayed in this Logis on other occasions and have always been made to feel welcome.

Very good as usual. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Sad to see how difficult it is to find more staff to help the one on site who are already very good but in need of help. However the lady on arrival was amazing, very kind, efficient and professional.

Check in was quick and easy, the staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, all amenities we needed, the rooms was clean comfy and welcoming, had tv with satellite Chanel’s, bathroom well Equipped, restaurant and bar was excellent, the food was fantastic and great value, the breakfast was great check out was easy, we would definitely stay here again

The hotel is ideally located for an overnight stay either coming from, or going to the ferry, there is secure parking with CCTV. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a decent size with a small en-suite bathroom and a large opening window with security chain, ideal on a hot, barmy night. The restaurant is a good size with a bar serving a variety of alcoholic drinks. The breakfast was plentiful and ideal for a long journey home. We will stay there again.
